Delete your My Tools account

You can ask us to delete your My Tools account and all data linked to it at any time.

1. Email support@ahsoftware.app from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my My Tools account". If you sign in with Google, write from that Google account's address.
2. We may reply to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
3. We delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Your account (email address and account ID) and all content you saved in My Tools and synced to the cloud.

What we keep

Nothing linked to your account. Diagnostic data held by our service providers (such as crash reports) is removed automatically under their retention periods.
