Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of My Tools (the "App") provided by AH Software. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

Acceptable use

When using the App you agree:

• Not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights, including recording other people without the consent required by law.
• Not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it.
• Not to interfere with the App, its ads or the services it relies on.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time: https://ahsoftware.app/mytools/delete-account.

Free app and ads

The App is free to use and is supported by ads. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for the products they advertise.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create with the App. You are responsible for that content and for having the rights to record, save or share it.

Intellectual property

The App, including its code, design, graphics and name, belongs to AH Software and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device. Back up anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AH Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the App, or stop providing it, at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections.
